    AAU INSURANCE MEMBERSHIP

     

    • WORKOUT open from ages 6-22
    • Must have a current AAU membership  
    • Step #1 go to www.diveaau.org and register diver (s)


    i) $20-youth  ~ please input "Central Mass Diving" AAU Code " W3DF46 "

    ii) If the applicant is a current AAU member in another sport, or even another AAU diving club simply input their card number on registration form. 

      


      

    FEE PER SESSION

     

    CMD TWISTER:  WORKOUT COST:

    • EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL BY JUNE 1st 2025
    • ANY 1 SESSION -->  $300 After 6/1-->$335
    • ANY 2 SESSIONS -->  $575 After 6/1-->$645
    • All 4 SESSIONS--> $1,000. After 6/1--> $1,150
    • WALK IN PER SESSION: $100 
    • LIMITED TO 15-17  DIVERS PER SESSION.

    ONLINE SUMMER WORKOUT REGISTRATION FORM  (THIS FORM WILL RESERVE YOUR SPOT) 


    You can use above google form to register in lieu of paper form below but be sure to read forms below briefly before you reserve your spot.

    TRAMPOLINE + 1M + 3M Training


    SAMPLE DRYLAND BELOW 

    • Upper & lower body superman
    • side planks
    • Raised Tuck Kick-outs
    • Raised L- Shape 
    • Hand stance sequence T/u 5/ p/u 5
    • Handstand hold 15 sec
    • v-sit pike ups x5 into pike-sit hold
    • fwd roll into single leg squat
